Who we are

I started organising and planning activities, trips, people and events a few years ago.
At the beginning it was for work but I kept doing it for pleasure.

I really enjoy the process of designing, creating, planning and coordinating the event.

Yes, what most of you think it is a hassle: dealing with suppliers, contracts, budgets, looking for ideas, options, prices… and being in the middle of it all on the D-day (or days).

I really love what I do it.If there is a bad timing, it is compensated by the smiles and happiness of those who enjoy the results.

    Customised events of any religion, style, atmosphere,…according on the desires and customer style.

    I have a first contact with the clients to get to know them and find out their preferences and expectations.
    Once we formalise the contract with the type of service they want, we define more precisely what they want to have at their event and I get down to work:
    1. I look for the best suppliers and we formalise the contract with the chosen ones.
    2. I design the corners that they have asked me for, giving them different options and budgets.
    3. Once chosen, I look for everything I will need to create them in the period before the event.
    4. I set up the “decorative corners” on the day of the event (if it is the service requested) and I accompany my colleagues all day long (if it is the service requested), making sure that everything goes perfectly, with a carefully created timing and dealing with any unforeseen events that may arise.

    I have worked with events from 10 people to 400-500 people. I can adapt my work to any number of people.

    It depends on the pack you choose and the number of people. We have services from 695 €.

    Payment of 20% on signing the contract, 30% halfway through the period from the beginning to the end of the contract and the rest on the day of the event, other forms of payment can be agreed upon.
